Two Months Old! (11 Days ago :) )

Addy is growing way too fast for her own good. She has officially grown out of her newborn outfits, but can still wear most of her NB onesies. She is smiling like crazy and has started her squeaks. Her little legs are getting a lot chubbier and her new thing is to stand up big and tall and put her arms behind her like she's trying to be more arrow dynamic.

She had her two month appointment on the 14th and unfortunately had to get her first round of shots. She was a trooper though and didn't cry for very long after. I hate being in the room and holding her down listening to her broken hearted little cry and having her look at me with such a sad look.

These are her battle wounds from getting poked with big needles three times :(

Here are her two month stats:

Length: 21 1/2 inches-20th percentile

Weight: 10 lbs 2.5 oz.-30th percentile

Head circumference: 37.7 cm-25th percentile

Her doctor said that she was doing great and is very strong already. She wrote for a prescription for some vitamins for her since she is only strictly breast feeding she doesn't get the amount of vitamins she needs. I went and got them and opened them up to give them to her and just the smell was enough to make me sick! All the did, it seems, is crush up multivitamins and put some water in with them. Addy isn't too keen on them either, but I think she's getting used to the fact that mom is going to still give it to her every day whether she likes it or not.

I'm loving all this time that I have been blessed with, with her. I love that I can tell what she wants almost 100% of the time just by how she cries or wiggles. She has a new chair that plays music and vibrates and she absolutely loves it. She will sit in it all day and watch mom make all her new bows for her. Sometimes though she gets exhausted and falls asleep.

As you can see her double chin is growing quite well. She has the chubbiest face, and I love it. She pulls this face where she puts her head down so her double chin shows and squishes her cheeks down. It's the funniest thing ever!

I'm getting excited to be able to start taking her outside and going for more walks with her. All of her adventures thus far have consisted of going with mom to Hobby Lobby or grocery shopping. She's such a good baby and will sit in her car seat silently, making a squeak every once in a while, but never has she thrown a fit. She is a very good baby, and I love that about her. She does have her moments where she gets impatient, but most of those are when she's getting lotion put on after her bath. We are working on less screaming with that and progress is good so far.

Today we had a busy day with shopping and lots of pictures for her photo shoot. Surprisingly she was very good through it all for not really taking a nap all day today. New pics posted soon :)
