Hello all,
So since I am new to this, it's going to take me a little bit to get the hang of it all. I thought that since I am graduated I would try and occupy my time so that I don't go crazy not having anything to do. Although, I am still needing to study for my boards I still feel like I have so much time on my hands. It is kind of nice to have time because now I can really clean my house and be a wife again. I'm sure I was missed since Brock had to play house wife more often than he would have liked since I was working full time as well as going to school full time. So now that I have cleaned my house and have thought of so many new things that I want to do to decorate my little house I need something else to occupy me so that I don't go shopping for many unnecessary crafts. I guess all I need now to get all of my ideas accomplished is to find a money tree.
When I was creating this I thought that the name that I would choose to sign out all of our blogs was Baby Freklz n' Zubu. Now to explain where these came from. Ever since Brock and I met he has liked my little freckles that sprinkle my nose, and gave me the name of Baby Freklz. He decided to put a twist on the spelling because he likes to be different. Now Zubu is another story... Brock has had this nickname ever since high school. No body really gave it to him, and it was just thought up one day by him. He likes it, and it's very unique that he uses it for everything because no body has ever had anything even similar to it.
So about us... We have two kids Foenix, and Kloee. One is fat, furry and meows, and the other is little furry and has a squished nose. We love our babies since they are our babies for now. Dad doesn't want to admit it, but he loves his little girl and spoils her rotten... Oh boy can you imagine what he will be like when we have a daughter?!?
Brock and I have been married a little over two years, and it's gone by so fast. We both feel like that we just barely got married, but at the same time have known each other forever! It's crazy! We have a little condo we bought when we first got married in South Ogden, and it's perfect for us.
How we met:
People ask us all the time how we met so lets get that out of the way right now... We met in our Chemistry class. Yes, save the comments now because we have heard all the chemistry jokes. At the first of the semester Brock thought that I was a old married maid, but after we started studying together he found out otherwise. I was dating someone else at the time, but I knew that after I met Brock that I was supposed to be with him even though this other guy was talking marriage. Soon after we started dating we found out that we are almost the same person, and we love all of the same things. Brock proposed to me after spending an amazing summer together, and we were married January 12 of the next year in the beautiful Bountiful temple.
A little history about us:
Brock and I both went to Northridge High school just graduating a few (5) years apart from each other. Brock "loves" to talk about how when he graduated from high school I was still in elementary school. He went on a mission to Mendoza, Argentina speaking spanish. He loves to randomly blurt our spanish words, and ask me questions in spanish... I think he gets a kick out of it because I don't know what he is saying. After high school, for me, I spent a year down in St. George playing volleyball, and living away from home.
Brock is currently looking for a job in forensics in any state that will take him. I am behind him all the way and love the idea of an adventure of living outside of Utah. We decided last spring that I would hurry up and get my degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences just in case Brock got a job before I could finish all of my pre-medicine courses required for medical school. We decided that since I already went through the credit transferring nightmare that it would be better to transfer a degree, and finish the other courses at a university where we end up. So now that I have my degree I wait patiently for the job to come for Brock.
So now my plans while I wait include a lot of craft time, remodeling our bathroom and refinishing our cabinets, learning how to golf, and lots of play time with friends and family.
So that's us in a LARGE nutshell.
